Your NRL Gift Card can be used at any of our participating locations found here. You can also swap this gift card for a voucher code if you would like to spend it at the online at the NRL shop or participating Clubs’ online stores.

Using your NRL Gift Card in store is very easy – simply swipe your gift card at the eftpos terminal. Select ‘SAVINGS’, enter the PIN on the back of the card and you’re done.

If the transaction amount exceeds the card's balance, you will need to pay for the remaining amount with a different card or cash.

When spending in store, you can choose how and where you want to spend your card balance. Any remaining balance after your transaction will stay on the card as long as it’s valid for. This way you can enjoy your NRL Gift Card more than once!

Yes, if you would like to shop online you can swap your card for a voucher code to be spent at the NRL shop and participating clubs’ online stores. You must swap for the whole card amount and can do so by heading to www.nrl.gift and selecting online in the How to Use section.

No, your NRL gift card cannot be used at an ATM.

Please check if your NRL card carries sufficient balance to complete the swap. If the card’s balance is lower than the e-gift voucher amount, the swap will decline. If it has sufficient balance but still declining, then please contact us directly so we can assist.

The pin number is under the scratch panel on the back of the card. Scratch the panel lightly to reveal the pin

Only the exact value of your purchase will be deducted from the balance on the card, so you can use the card for more purchases later. No change will be provided.

Yes. You can check the expiry date via the “Check Balance” button on the website.

Your NRL Gift Card should be treated like cash and kept in a secure place. If you register your NRL Gift Card here and lose or misplace your card and there are still available funds on the card at the time you notify us, we’ll send you a replacement card for that amount. Please see our Terms and Conditions for further details.

Some possibilities include:

• The balance you have nominated is not available. You can check your card balance here
• Your card has expired. The NRL Gift Card have a 36-month expiry, which can be calculated 36 months from the date of sale.
• You have entered the incorrect PIN number
• The location you are trying to use your card at is not a participating location
• Not all participating locations use eftpos terminals. If you would like to use your gift card at one of these venues, please speak to one of the staff members who can assist at the time of purchase.
